These cheeky reindeer baskets make an ideal Christmas craft project to get kids creative and having fun! Young children will find it easy to fold, construct and decorate the reindeer baskets, bringing out their creativity whilst teaching important skills such as 2D and 3D conceptualization.
Each reindeer face is completely blank with pre-cut antlers and ears, so children can add their own adorable facial features and unique, personalised expressions. Glittery red noses of various sizes are included to make your reindeers look just like everyone’s favourite - Rudolph!
The baskets will look wonderful with treats inside as a take home gift, and also include handles so you can easily carry them home to friends and family, or hang them on the tree for decoration. Size when constructed:
180mm x 115mm x 60mm
Suitable from 4-11 years.
Instructions:
1. Fold your Reindeer Basket along the dotted lines. Once you have done this lay the basket out flat again.
2. Decorate the reindeer face while the box is open and flat:
a) Cut out and glue on eyes
b) Glue on one of the noses provided
c) Add other craft materials and draw on eyebrows, a mouth, ears, and other desired features. Allow the reindeer to dry
3. Re-fold the basket and glue the tabs into position. Allow to dry
4. Decorate and glue on the handle
5. Scrunch pastel coloured tissue or use tinsel shred to fill the box ready for carrying a small gift .
