These 40 page 165x203mm handwriting books are landscape to help practice writing with consistent alignment moreso than portrait alternatives, thanks to the greater line length.
The two red lines at the top and bottom of each row have a 21mm spacing, and the two blue lines in between have a 6mm spacing. This allows children to learn to write neatly and with accuracy on both the upper and lower parts of the letters, keeping letter sizes correct in relation to eachother. These line spacings are larger than standard, meaning they are better suited to younger children or those that otherwise require more space. Although larger spacings reduces the amount of lines per page, there are 40 pages in each book to ensure you can get just as much out of them. For smaller line spacings, please see product 100641.
The smaller size of these books compared to standard A4 helps to save space as well as money. These books are the perfect size for classes that may not be able to fill a full A4 book that has lots of pages, helping environmentally-conscious schools to save paper that would otherwise go to waste. Also helping the planet is the 75gsm paper and 125gsm Manilla covers – a much better alternative to laminated covers that are on the market.
