This jumbo high back task chair with height adjustable arms is a great value option for desk work in the office or at home, and has been specifically designed for taller or heavier users. Adjustments
The gas lift height adjustment is easily operated when seated using a pedal on the side of the chair. This allows the user to work in the optimal position based on their height and the height of their desk, in turn preventing hunching and reducing strain on the neck and lower back.
Also reducing strain and encouraging better posture is the back tilt, which can be set to a comfortable leaning or upright position based on personal preference. This is operated by one of the three pedals on the side of the chair, so adjustments can be easily made whilst seated throughout the day.
Differentiating from the operator chair, the task chair incorporates a third lever that controls seat tilt. This allows you to adjust the seat independently of the chair’s back so you can find the most comfortable angle to work at, in turn preventing hip strain or lower spine misalignment when your back is in full contact with the chair.
The chair also features a ratchet back, allowing the back pad to be lifted up or down in isolation to suit the height of the user.
