Ergo Line Trolley
An insulated and/or heated box for distribution and holding of hot
cold and ambient food. Infinitely variable temperature setting from 30C up to 900C. This is performed via a digital display. A LED light indicates when the selected temperature has been reached. The door is opened at an 2700 angle and is fixed in an open position by a magnet. Ergonomic push/pull handles on the back of the box ensure easy and safe operation.
Detachable racks allow for easy cleaning. Racks with integrated air gaps generate free air circulation inside the box for an even temperature distribution.
