TickIt SiliShapes® Linking People – Pack of 36
Developed to be used with the TickIt Light Panels range, the TickIt SiliShapes® Linking People are made from soft transparent silicone and come in a pack of 36 characters - 6 families of 6 members - in different colours to be used across the curriculum.
Winner of the 2014 PPS Gold Award (Teacher Resources, Equipment & Tools Category), TickIt SiliShapes® Linking People supports 5 areas of learning to help with PSHE, motor skills, counting & sorting, colour and imaginative play.
Consisting of 6 different coloured families with 6 members (Grandad, Grandma, Mum, Dad, Girl and Boy), the TickIt SiliShapes® Linking People are moulded in proportion with realistic human features which can be linked by their hands.
Linking People are excellent for storytelling, language development, mathematical sorting, pattern making and for their attributes (larger/smaller, taller/shorter, older/ younger) and understanding life cycles.
Perfect for helping children develop fine motor skills and to be used in small world play the Linking People figures are made from silicone are durable and easy to clean after use in soapy water or a dishwasher without harm. The set comes with an information sheet of ideas for use across the early-years curriculum.
As well as being used with the TickIt Light Panel range, the TickIt SiliShapes® Linking People can be used just as easily with a mirror or glass panel where you can still observe colour mixing or the effect when reflected in a mirror.
