Hi Heat High Plate Cover safe to use with temperatures up to 140degC. This means food can be reheated or cooked directly in oven using this cover providing it is up to the stated temperature. The cover fits 23cm plates. The cloches are suitable for use in the microwaves ovens and hot trolleys. Designed to be used with leading manufacturers hot trolley systems. Made from virtually unbreakable polycarbonate plastic. Dishwasher safe. The cover has a handle on the top for comfortable and quick removal off the plate. Available in clear translucent purple and red.
