A multi-purpose thermoforming facility for vacuum forming dome blowing plastic welding plastic dip coating injection moulding and extrusion. The heater hood provides heating for the fan circulated oven and vacuum forming. Two aperture sizes are standard 280 x 280mm and 280 x 127mm. Cut sheet size 305 x 305mm and 305 x 152mm (use 610 x 458mm sheet size for 2). The oven is temperature controlled and used for 5 of the processes as well as tempering and annealing. The dome blowing unit comes complete with 3 rings for 304 227 and 152mm domes. Injection moulding and extrusion includes 2 material pots 1 section extrusion die and 2 injection moulds. All machines come complete with an initial supply of materials. 230V standard only. Delivery Included.
