Firstly recycled materials are used to construct the board core and frame totalling a 71 recycled product by weight. The board core is made from timber and board industry by-products and recycled bulking mass whereas the frame is made from 100 compressed fibres bound by water-based adhesives and over wrapped with a pre-printed foil.During the manufacturing process only non-toxic materials are used and no Volatile Organic Compounds are involved. Raw materials are also sourced in the UK where the final product is made reducing mileage during distribution.
