Learn all about healthy eating and the Eatwell Guide with this fun posting game. Children take turns to pick a card printed with a real life photo of a piece of food. The reverse side is coloured to match the post box with the correct food group. They try to identify the food group it belongs to using the A4 laminated Eatwell Guide. They then check the answer on the reverse of the card and post it into the post box with the corresponding colour. A 12 page booklet gives added guidance and advice about the different food groups and healthy diets.
